I am John Marshall the founder and principal attorney of Marshall Law. I built this law firm with a commitment to helping people and families find peace, clarity, legal protection, and true peace of mind. My practice is devoted to serving clients in Central Florida, including in Sumter County, Lake County, and Marion County. Along with other matters, I help people and families with estate planning, elder law, trust administration, adult guardianships, probate law, business and tax issues, and much more. • The Villages: The Villages is a large, master-planned retirement community spanning three counties in Central Florida. It is renowned for its active lifestyle, golf courses, and unique town squares. Residents enjoy many amenities and a strong sense of connection. Our office is just minutes from The Villages and we represent many clients in the community. 
• Wildwood: Our office is conveniently located on Cleveland Avenue in Wildwood. It is a rapidly growing community in Sumter County approximately halfway between Orlando and Tampa. We are proud to call Wildwood home. 
• Leesburg: Leesburg is a historic city in Lake County known for its beautiful lakes and annual festivals. It offers a mix of quiet neighborhoods and commercial development.
• Lady Lake: Lady Lake is a peaceful town located on the edge of The Villages. It combines suburban living with a small-town feel. I know the community well and served as an Executive Board Member for the Lady Lake Chamber of Commerce from 2015 to 2021. 
• Spruce Creek South: Spruce Creek South is a gated 55+ community located just north of The Villages. It offers a quiet, residential environment with golf and other amenities tailored for retirees. We work with many people and families in Spruce Creek South. 
• Fruitland Park: Fruitland Park is a quaint, lakefront community that is often referred to as the “The Friendly City.” I have experience providing estate planning and elder law services in Fruitland Park and throughout Lake County.
