Wildwood Estate Planning Law Office

An estate plan is important for any adult to have, but it is especially vital to have one in place as we get older. Nobody knows what the future holds. You owe it to yourself and your family to have a plan that has been carefully tailored to your desires and values based on a deep understanding of Florida estate planning and probate law.

I am attorney John Marshall, and that is the level of service I provide at my firm in Wildwood. At Marshall Law, I take the time to get to know you and your estate planning goals, whether they involve avoiding burdensome taxes, protecting your financial and medical interests during your lifetime, or ensuring that your wealth gets passed down in the ways you want it to. After nearly 20 years of creating and amending estate plans, I understand that cookie-cutter estate plans are not effective. I will work closely with you to devise a plan suited to your final wishes.

I also represent and advise personal representatives during the probate process. Estate administration in Florida can be challenging for anyone unfamiliar with the procedures and legal requirements. I can help you avoid mistakes and delays and deal with possible obstacles such as challenges to the will. My guidance will make the estate administration process faster and smoother to help you honor your loved one’s memory and avoid added stress during a difficult time.

Close To The Villages

My office is a short drive south from The Villages via County Road 21 or US-301. Nearby points of interest include:

  • Disney World (90 minutes away by car)
  • Sharon R. Morse Performing Arts Center (24 minutes)
  • Ocala International Airport (42 minutes)

Probate is handled by the court in the district where the deceased lived. The Sumter County Courthouse has an annex in The Villages that accepts probate-related court filings.
